After an eventful day in the mountains, on the ski slopes, or in the thermal baths, real relaxation is particularly valuable. To ensure that all our guests – whether big or small – can enjoy a quiet and restful night, we ask for consideration and quiet time between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Quiet conversations at room volume are of course possible – the important thing is that no other guests are disturbed. Because only if everyone is considerate can you also enjoy the peace that makes your vacation so relaxing.

Children are warmly welcome with us!

We are happy to welcome families and know that children need movement. There is a beautiful public playground nearby where the little ones can let off steam to their heart's content. We only ask that there is no wild play in the apartment itself – so it remains pleasantly quiet for everyone.

Ski holiday thermal holiday and hiking holiday in Altenmarkt-Zauchensee

The apartment house is quietly located in the center of Altenmarkt im Pongau, in the middle of the Amade ski region, in a unique elevated position with a view of the Dachstein, just a 15-minute walk from the Therme Amade. Free reserved parking spaces are available in front of the house. The house has a ski storage room, a bicycle storage room and a drying room. Within a radius of 300m there are several restaurants, a hospital, bakery, grocer and children's playground. The cross-country trail is approx. 100m away, the next bus station 400m.

Night rest:

Our guests attach great importance to relaxation, especially after a long day of skiing or hiking. Since feeling good is our top priority, we have a good night's sleep from 10 p.m., also in consideration of all other guests. You won't find a party house with us. Many of our guests book our house for this very reason, and we have already made a good name for ourselves. That we are known for a very quiet house is confirmed by our guests and our very good occupancy. You should also avoid unnecessary child noise during your stay. When booking, you accept our house rules.

When booking less than 5 people, only 2 bedrooms are available for less than 3 people only one bedroom and the living space is reduced accordingly..

 Altenmarkt-Zauchensee is located in the middle of the Salzburg Sports World and in the heart of Ski Amade Austria's greatest skiing pleasure with 860 km of slopes and 270 state-of-the-art lifts. The Radstadt-Altenmarkt ski area invites you to enjoy a pleasant and cozy skiing experience. The World Cup location Zauchensee stands for sporty and spectacular skiing fun. Zauchensee promises unlimited skiing pleasure from December to April as the highest, snow-sure ski area of the Salzburg Sportwelt.
